Toy Story is about the secret life of toys when people are not around. When Buzz Lightyear, a space-ranger, takes Woody\'s place as Andys favorite toy, Woody doesnt like the situation and gets into a fight with Buzz. Accidentaly Buzz falls out the window and Woody is accused by all the other toys of having killed him. He has to go out of the house to look for him so that they can both return to Andys room. But while on the outside they get into all kind of trouble while trying to get home.

In "Toy Story 2," the fun and adventure continues when Andy goes off to summer camp and the toys are left to their own devices. Things shift into high gear when an obsessive toy collector kidnaps Woody who unbeknownst to himself is a highly valued collectable. Its now up to Buzz Lightyear and the gang from Andys room - Mr. Potato Head, Slinky Dog, Rex and Hamm - to spring into action and save their pal from winding up as a museum piece. There is plenty of excitement and fun as the toys get into one predicament after another in their daring race to get home before Andy does.

Information about the movies

Toy Story 1 came to the theatres in 1995. It was the first cooperation between Disney and Pixar. This cooperation would also produce othe great feature films like The Incredibles, "Finding Nemo", "Monsters, Inc." and "A bugs life"
Toy Story 1 received an Academy Award and has some incredible voices by Tom Hanks (Woody) and Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear). Did you know that Toy Story is based on Tin Toy?

Toy Story 2 came to the theatres in 1999. It is the first movie which is totally made digitally. The fun about Toy Story 2 are the many inside jokes. For example you will find Heimlich from A Bug's Life crawling up a branch.
Toy Story 2 has some nice new characters like Jessie, The Prospector and Tourguide Barbie.

Did you know that Disney is already planning the making of Toy Story 3? Disney will make this feature film without Pixar. Because of this Tom Hanks and Tim Allen have already said they don't want to do the voices. I hope it will be a quality movie and not just an easy way to make money with the success of Toy Story 1 & 2.
